What Track Length Do I Need?

Measure your door opening. Your door should be a little wider than the opening so it covers it, and the track is usually about twice the door width so the door can slide fully clear. Make sure you have that much open wall beside the opening.

This kit: 6ft 7in (78.75") track, for doors up to 40" wide. The door is about half the track length. Other single sizes run 5ft to 9ft. Not every size comes in both finishes.

Can I Install It Myself?

Yes, it is designed for DIY. Step-by-step instructions and all mounting hardware are included. For indoor use only. The floor guide mounts to the wall, so there is no groove to cut in the door and no drilling into the floor.

Studs Or Drywall
Screw the track into wall studs.
Header Board
Use a header board if the track holes don't line up with your studs or if your doorway has trim. Match the board to the trim thickness and screw it into the studs.

How To Measure

STEP 1Measure the width of your door opening.
STEP 2Your door should overlap the opening on both sides.
STEP 3Choose a track about twice your door width. The 6ft 7in track fits doors up to 40" wide.
STEP 4Check the space above the opening for the track and rollers. You need at least 5" between the ceiling and the top of the rail.

"Single" sizes hang one door on one track. The Double Door Kit (6ft, 8ft 2in, 12ft or 13ft) hangs two doors on one track that meet in the middle.
