Returns & Exchanges

At Rio Salto, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it right with a straightforward return and exchange process.

Eligibility
  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
  • Custom or final-sale items may not be eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
  1. Email us at contact@riosalto.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.

Exchanges
  • If you would like to exchange an item, please follow the return steps above.
  • After your return is processed, you may place a new order for the replacement item.

Return Shipping Costs
  • We cover return shipping for defective or damaged items.
  • For all other returns, your shipping fee may be deducted from your refund.
